# Doctor Visit Prep

Describe the main concern, what happened and when, medicines and supplements, allergies,
conditions, what you've tried and what you want from the visit. The app produces:

- a one-page visit summary written for the clinician, with a medicines table,
- a symptom timeline,
- 5-8 questions to ask, with the top ones marked and room to write answers,
- questions the clinician may ask, answered from the notes (or marked "think about this"),
- things to bring, and information that is missing,
- warning signs that mean don't wait for the appointment, with what to do.

It does not diagnose, name a likely condition, or recommend treatment, and the page reads every
reply for sentences that do and flags them.

## What is free

- A warning-sign check that runs in the browser as you type (nothing is sent): chest pain,
  trouble breathing, stroke signs, fainting or seizure, sudden severe headache, swelling of
  lips or throat, heavy bleeding, thoughts of self-harm, overdose, fever in a young baby, very
  high fever, stiff neck, severe belly pain, problems in pregnancy, sudden vision loss,
  dehydration. Negated mentions ("no chest pain") are skipped.
- A medicine-line parser (name, dose, how often, what for) and a dated-line timeline parser.
- A free draft: the full sheet built from the notes in the browser, with general questions.
- Six saved examples, including a warning sign happening now and a request that is not about health.

## What is paid

- The AI-written sheet is a metered run on SkillSafe credits (model alias gpt-terra). No API key
  is needed: sign in and pay per run. The price shown first is a hold; the charge is what the run used.

## Privacy

Saved visits go to a collection only the signed-in person can read; any visit can be deleted, and
saving can be switched off per run. Notes are not embedded for search.
